Over the last couple of weeks i have gathered up a number of different beauty products. Both from the drugstore and high end products.
I decided that i wanted to splurge a little as a had built up points to get some money off in Debenhams and Boots.
Heres what i ended up getting:
Too Faced Hangover Primer
The Hangover primer is a Silicon free, replenishing face primer that is infused with coconut water and contains probiotic based ingredients as well as skin revivers.
Too Faced say the primer "Work together to boost skins radiance, promote elasticity and help hydrate while locking down makeup for fresher, longer and more flawless wear"

I am IN LOVE. I cannot tell you how long i have been waiting for this primer to come to the UK. I had given up and was going to get it on my next visit to America, however I noticed it the other day and was ecstatic! The primer is a hydrating, water based primer and a little goes a long way. It feels so soft and light on the skin.
For £27 you get a 40ml bottle which is more product than most these days.
I would recommend this to anyone.
The packaging is just beautiful, as always with Too Faced products.

Wow! These lipsticks smell incredible! My mum even ended up purchasing the Chocolate Honey one also (which obviously means i can borrow it too)

I am starting to build up quite the collection of these lipsticks as they are so lovely on the lips.

Left the store with 2 sample deluxe sized primers to try out with powders. Have not tried these yet, however I trust that they work well as with all Too Faced products i have tried so far.

Best Primer By Far! This stuff is amazing! it leaves a sort of film over your pores which stops products from getting into them and damaging your skin. The Porefessional range is by far my favourite primer range.
Benefit Porefessional Matte Rescue
Managed to get my hands on this the day before the official release. It looks amazing! The girl at the Benefit counter showed us how it worked by demonstrating on her own face. The effect of the mattifying gel looks so good. It creates a smooth and hydrated base in which you can then apply Porefessional Pro Balm on top before your foundation.

PoreFessional Instant Wipeout Masks
These masks are amazing! I tried one as soon as a got home, and the difference after just one was so noticeable. The pack contains 8 masks and should be used twice a week. So they should last a month.
I do believe the pricing is a little steep considering that they expect you to purchase them once a month if using 2 a week. At £24.50 for a packet, i think that the price should have been a little cheaper.

Skin refresher/ fixing mist
A soothing moisture mist that refreshes the skin and finishes makeup.
I can't believe it took me so long to get my hands on this product. I acts brilliantly as a fixing mist and also it great for using on your brushes before application to ensure that your make up stays on.
Maybelline New York Dream Velvet Foundation
Soft Matte Hydrating Foundation
I absolutely adore this foundation. It leaves a lovely texture on the skin and applies evenly. Recently i have been mixing this foundation with the Too Faced Born This Way Foundation and it leaves such a smooth and lovely finish on the skin.
One thing i am not so keen on about this foundation is how it comes out of the tube, It comes out really rather thick and is quite difficult to blend in, but once you have spent some time on blending, it is incredibly smooth.

Loreal Paris Infallible 24H Matte Face Powder
I LOVE this powder. It applies evenly on the skin and it sticks to the skin well so that i do not need to retouch my make up nearly as much as i used to. The powder can be used wet or dry for even coverage on the skin. Along with the Infallible 24hr Mattifying Foundation it looks incredibly matte and gorgeous.
Collection Lasting Perfection Ultimate Wear Concealer
Cool medium 2
I decided to tryout this concealer after seeing people raving about it in reviews. The concealer is think and provides great coverage on the skin, especially the under eye. The concealer lats long and conceals blemishes well.
Maybelline New York Falsies Push Up Drama Mascara
This is the newest mascara from Maybelline. It is supposed to give you a look like you are wearing false eyelashes and is thick and volumous. After trying this a few times now, i personally am not a fan of the formula. When applying the mascara it tended to flake under my eyes and leave me with black marks, that were quite difficult to wipe away.
Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer
This oil free primer has fast become one of my favourite primers to reach for. The silicon based primer leaves a film over the skin that is soft and smooth to help reduces the look of pores and fine lines.
Maybelline New York Brown Drama Sculpting Brow Mascara
(Medium Brown)
Not really a fan of this after trying it out. The brush is quite strange. It is thin and then at the top of the brush there is like a blown up sphere and it makes it quite difficult to apply the product smoothly!
